Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
GLOBE.CASH ("GLOBE.CASH", "we", "us") operates the website at globe.cash and the waitlist described below. For the purposes of the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and comparable laws, the data controller is:
GLOBE.CASH LLC. All privacy enquiries go to support@globe.cash, which is our single contact address for everything.
2. Scope
This policy covers the GLOBE.CASH website and waitlist. It does not cover any third-party site you reach from a link here, nor any public blockchain. Activity you later carry out on a public blockchain is permanent, publicly visible and outside our control — we cannot edit or delete it.
3. What we collect

3.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider processes standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — which are needed to serve the site and to defend against abuse. The waitlist page runs no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking.
3.3 Local storage
We store two values in your browser: your cookie-notice acknowledgement, and (only while there is no live signup backend) the address you submitted. These stay on your device. See the Cookie Policy.
3.4 What we do not collect
At the waitlist stage we do not collect your location, wallet address, payment details or identity documents, and we do not ask for special-category data. If GLOBE.CASH later offers location-based token drops, that processing will require its own notice and, where required, your explicit consent — location data is not covered by this policy.
4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We will not use your waitlist email for unrelated marketing, and we will not sell or rent it. Every email we send will carry a one-click unsubscribe.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions:
- Our hosting and content delivery provider
- Our email delivery provider, for the launch announcement
- Professional advisers, where necessary and under duties of confidence
We may also disclose data where legally compelled, or to establish or defend legal claims. If GLOBE.CASH is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, data may transfer to the counterparty; we will tell you before that happens.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where personal data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with a transfer risk assessment. Ask us for a copy of the safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Waitlist email — until GLOBE.CASH launches and we have sent the announcement, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first; then deleted within 30 days.
- Support correspondence — 24 months from the last message.
- Server logs — 90 days.
8. Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and why, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA/CPRA uses those terms.
To exercise any right, email support@globe.cash. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from the address in question.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the waitlist is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the statutory deadline.
10. Children
GLOBE.CASH is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to support@globe.cash and we will delete it.
11. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights we will email waitlist members before it takes effect.
13. Contact
support@globe.cash — our only contact address, for privacy requests and everything else.
